Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms
Stay at home if you have either:

Read the NHS advice about staying home, including how long to isolate for.
Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:

Advice in other parts of the UK
For region specific information and advice in:
CORONAVIRUS LATEST GUIDANCE
COVID-19 UPDATE: Everyone in the UK should avoid non-essential travel and non-essential contact with others. Pregnant women, over 70's and people with certain health conditions should consider this advice particularly important. If one person in your household develops symptoms everyone living there must stay at home for 14 days. If you have a cough or fever, you MUST self-isolate for 14 days. DO NOT go to the GP, pharmacy or hospital. If you have a booked appointment and are in any of the categories mentioned, please consider cancelling your appointment or asking for a telephone consultation. Thank you for your assistance.
From 04.03.2020 EPS Phase 4 will be enabled at Washingborough Family Practice. This will be used for all eligible prescriptions. This means that prescriptions will be processed electronically and will make the process safer and more secure.
When you get a prescription, it will be sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy. You can collect your medication without having to hand in a paper prescription.
We are asking patients to let us know which pharmacy they would like to nominate for us to send their prescriptions to.
Repeat prescriptions will still be ordered in the same way.
We now have a practice Facebook page, please like and share:
Did you know that you can book and cancel GP appointments on line? You can also order repeat medication and view your records. To apply, please fill in the form below and bring it to the surgery along with some identification:
Washingborough Family Practice is pleased to be able to offer our patients access to routine appointments at evenings and weekends.
The new service is part of an extended access service which has been commissioned by NHS Lincolnshire West Clinical Commissioning Group.
The appointments will also be available on bank holidays and across the Easter, Christmas and New Year periods
Extended hours appointments are for pre-bookable non-urgent appointments. Examples of these include chronic illness, asthma checks and medicines reviews
The service is being delivered by a federation of GP practices in the area. If a patient wishes to attend an extended hours appointment, they may need to travel to another local GP practice and may not necessarily see their own GP.
In our locality, appointments are available between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 10am on Saturdays and Sundays. There are also a number of additional appointments being made available during core hours (8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday)
To arrange an appointment or for more information on when and where appointments are available, speak to the practice receptionist or member of the practice team or call the practice on 01522 303600.
